This is what I did today:
Push-ups 10, 10, 15
(I actually tried to do a handstand push-up. Zowie.)
Deadlifts
30 @ 35 lbs
20 @ 50 lbs
10 @ 60 lbs

50 Burpees in 5 sets of 10

40 dumbell squat snatches on each arm, 15 lbs

handstand push ups scary... I can do the down part of course but then the actual pushing up part seems to elude me.

Hooray! I did the same -
30 55#deadlifts
5 hspu
20 deadlifts
10 hspu
10 deadlifts
15 hspu
On the pushups my feet were only 18 inches or so off the ground, but I feel the difference.

I did 50 burpees in 5 sets of 10 - very sad looking.

I did 50 situps. I picked the old fashioned military style after reading the FAQs. Woohoo.
