I ran to Whole Foods (1.3) miles, then walked 2 miles. Me running wasn't pretty, but I tried. Today is the first day my quads aren't hurting. So that's something.
Next time we should meet at the Whole Foods. We ran to the same place, and it's halfway between.
Also, I was thinking that for a WO one day this week or next we could do the 1.5 mi loop and workout equipment at Shelley Lake with the kids. The workout there is pretty challenging.
