I did the Kiddie one too. The Big Dawg.
My playground's track is only 150 meters.
That means I did 7 rounds of :
150 meter *sprint*
7 kipping pull-ups
then three laps to finish.
When Chris arrived with the kids, I did one extra kipping pull up just to show off, so that makes 50 pull-ups. Hee.
Calling my sprint a sprint is a lie, but I did my best. I feel fabulous.

Man, I can't believe you can do pullups like that. Well, I can believe it, but I still seethe ever so slightly with envy.
They were kipping pull-ups with a little hop to start.
Envy makes you cry...
Wrong. Envy makes me pull harder, bee-otch.
My entire body is vaguely sore. I expect some serious pain tomorrow.
When I get to be a hardbody I am going to get a tissue-thin clingy cashmere dress. Meow.
I am sore all over.
Run 5K today? Hmmmmmm.
I'm gonna do it. To the Whole Foods and back is 3 mi, and my "run" is a fast walk for Otto. I think as long as you do 30 min of medium level cardio, you get the same benefits. Are you doing the gym?
I was relived to see a cardio day today. I think I can get more on the crossfit/brandx program next week, because it seems the kids' wod often works different muscle groups.
Soreness report - still vaguely sore all over, but not debilitated. I should be working harder?
WHERE ARE OUR F&^%ING COMPATRIOTS?
